About Taian Table

Taian Table is a special occasion experience where the highly refined food is the showstopper — and directed by Chef Stefan Stiller himself.

The menus at Taian Table in Shanghai change every six weeks, highlighting the best ingredients available from China and abroad as they reach their peak. This seasonal approach will be the foundation of Taian Table’s Guangzhou restaurant as well, with menus changing approximately every eight weeks. Chef Stiller then takes these ingredients and applies his fine-dining background, and nearly two decades in China, to create his signature cuisine, rooted in European technique with flavors from around Asia and the world.

The vibe of the restaurant is understated and centered on the open kitchen, where Stiller’s team of black-gloved chefs work. Eighteen seats surround the kitchen, at counter height. A four-seat intimate private dining room is also available. For larger and more exclusive dinners, a ten-seat dining room has its own open kitchen, to create a special chef’s table experience.
